Mere minutes from Quincy, Siloam Springs State Park is an ideal spot for those looking to keep travel to a minimum while still enjoying some Adams County camping. This park’s 3,323 acres offer access to a serene lake where you can boat, fish, camp, hike, and trail ride. This park provides exceptional picnicking opportunities ranging from an isolated table and grill to their main shelter house with numerous tables, grills, toilets, water, playground equipment, and horseshoe pits. Concessions (dependent on season) provide access to boat rentals, bait and tackle, and food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siloam Springs camping opportunities include 86 Class A campsites with restrooms, showers, and electricity. Their 18 Class B sites include access to showers and restrooms, and a single large campground can accommodate a large group. For the more adventurous, eight hike-in backpacking sites branch out from the 15 miles of hiking trails, offering greater solitude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
